Trendyol customer service never answers, how can I escalate my issue?

If Trendyol customer service doesn't answer, make sure you've tried all of their official ways to get help: use the live chat, open a detailed support ticket in the Help/Support area of the Trendyol app or website, and so on. Many times, agents are reached through different methods when one is not responding.

Additionally, you can call their customer service line during business hours to talk to a real person.

If you still don't hear back, post a complaint on Xolvie. These make your problem known, which usually gets Trendyol to respond.

The picture shows 9 camera hoods, but I only received 2. Why is that? I am your old customer, but this made me very uncomfortable. Also, the size of the camera hood is not fitting—it is too small. Kindly return my money. I have ordered many items before and everything was good, but this one is not good. The price is 18 riyal.
