Trendyol Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

I placed an order on Trendyol from the seller Bargello, and although the system shows that my order was delivered on 02 April 2026, I have not received the product. The order number for this purchase is 10327989898, and the delivery address was As Suwis Street. There was no delivery to me personally and I did not find the package at my address. Despite this, the status in Trendyol appears as “delivered,” and I have not been able to contact either Trendyol customer service or the cargo company to clarify the situation. Since I did not receive my order, I am a victim of this situation. I request that my case be urgently examined, the delivery details be checked with the courier, and either the product be resent to my address or a full refund be provided for this order.
