Trendyol Sold Me a Faulty Philips Robot Vacuum

I purchased a Philips robot vacuum through Trendyol, and my order number is #10748616053. Since the day I received it, instead of properly cleaning my home, the robot vacuum has been releasing the dirt and dust from its dustbin back onto the floor and spreading debris around the house. As a result, I have not been able to get any benefit from the device, and instead of cleaning, it is actually making my home dirtier.

I have not been able to effectively reach either Philips or Trendyol customer service regarding this issue, and I have been unable to properly explain my complaint to anyone. Even though the product is brand new, it has been malfunctioning from the beginning, which has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that Philips replace my current robot vacuum with a different model. I am willing to pay any price difference if necessary, and I ask that my issue be resolved quickly.
