Kolay Gelsin Marks Two Trendyol Orders Delivered But Not Received
I am writing regarding two separate Kolay Gelsin deliveries that are both marked as delivered, even though I have not received either of them. The first problem concerns my shipment with delivery number 9921962786, dated 18 November 2025, which was supposed to be delivered to my address in Turunç, Marmaris, Muğla. This parcel contained Airwick products ordered from Trendyol. Kolay Gelsin claims that this delivery was completed, but nothing was delivered to me. I did not receive any package, notification, or proof of delivery. The second issue is with another shipment dated 1 December 2025, a large carpet with delivery number 9981229256, again ordered from Trendyol and addressed to my home in Turunç, Marmaris, Muğla. For this delivery as well, Kolay Gelsin states that it was delivered, but I did not receive the item. Since I do not speak Turkish, when I tried to contact Kolay Gelsin by phone, my call was disconnected. My Turkish neighbour also called on my behalf, but despite this, the situation has not been resolved and no clear explanation has been provided. I request that Kolay Gelsin urgently reopen the investigation for both of these deliveries and provide concrete evidence to support the claim that they were delivered, such as clear proof of delivery and photos showing exactly where the courier left the packages. If the parcels were delivered to the wrong place or not delivered at all, I expect Kolay Gelsin to correct this situation so that I can receive the items I have already paid for, or to support me in obtaining a refund from the sellers if delivery cannot be completed.
Thank you for finally accepting that I did not receive the carpet and for now issuing a refund. However, the non-delivery of my Air Wick products remains unresolved. I would also like a refund for these items.
