Trendyol Courier Rude Behavior Complaint

My name is Roida T*** T*** and I am writing regarding my Trendyol order number 10353820066. I would like to report the extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour of the courier who handled my delivery on the evening of 31 March 2026. At 17:56 the courier called me, but I could not answer as I was outside my room. At 18:14 I called him back and he told me that he could not come and that he would deliver the package tomorrow. I accepted this and said it was no problem. However, at 18:45 he suddenly called me again and, with a loud voice and shouting on the phone, demanded that I come immediately to get my package because he was waiting outside. His tone was very rude, he spoke as if I had to obey him, and he completely ignored the fact that he himself had just said he would come the next day. I felt disrespected and pressured by his attitude and the way he spoke to me. I request that Trendyol formally investigate this courier and his behaviour, and that he be made to understand that speaking to customers in this way is unacceptable. I would like the opportunity to meet him face to face so that he can admit his mistake and apologise directly, and I expect him to be clearly warned not to treat me or any other customer like this again. I am sharing this so that necessary action can be taken and so other customers do not experience the same kind of disrespectful behaviour from this courier in the future.
