Trendyol Order Not Delivered 10 Days After Delivery Date

I placed an order on Trendyol on 26 July from the seller OPULENZA, with delivery number #10709566617. The estimated delivery date for my order was shown as 29–30 July, but as of today it has still not been delivered. Despite the estimated delivery date having passed about 10 days ago, the order has not reached me and the status remains unresolved. I have contacted Trendyol customer service several times regarding this problem. A support ticket was created twice, but each time the issue was marked as “resolved” without the order being delivered, and I had to open a new ticket again to explain the same problem. I am tired of repeatedly reporting the same issue and still not receiving my order. I request that my order with delivery number #10709566617 from the seller OPULENZA be shipped and delivered to me as soon as possible, or that the necessary action be taken to ensure that I receive the products without any further delay.
