Trendyol Adidas Runfalcon 5 Ji0873 Order Returned Without Delivery

I placed an order for a pair of Adidas Runfalcon 5 Men's Running Shoes Ji0873 Black via the Trendyol website on 09.03.2026, with delivery address in Jeddah, 3rd Industrial City. When I checked my account on 17.03.2026, I saw that the order status was shown as “returned” even though I had not received any delivery and was waiting for my package. The courier contacted me three times and asked me to send my location, and each time I shared my location information, but despite this, the courier did not deliver my order. I did not refuse or cancel the delivery. Despite this, my order was sent back instead of being delivered. I contacted Trendyol customer service about this problem, but as of today, 25.03.2026, I have not received any clear response or solution. I request that my Adidas Runfalcon 5 Men's Running Shoes Ji0873 Black order, which was wrongly returned, be resent to my address in Jeddah 3rd Industrial City as soon as possible, or that you otherwise provide a clear solution regarding my order and delivery.
