Trendyol Has Not Paid My SAR 43,351.98 Merchant Payout

I am a Trendyol merchant and I have not received a payment that was supposed to be transferred to my bank account on 16/03/2026. The amount I have been waiting for is 43,351.98 SAR, to be transferred to my account at Saudi Bank Albilad in Jeddah. This payment is linked to my Seller ID 1202758 and Batch Number 211524. Over the past three months, I have reported this issue more than 10 times, but the transfer has still not been completed. Each time I contacted support, I received only standard responses and promises that the issue was being followed and would be resolved as soon as possible, but no actual progress has been made. The most recent response I received stated that my request was being processed in the background and that the situation was being monitored, but the money has still not reached my account. As a business, this long delay in payout seriously affects my cash flow and trust in the platform. I request that the payment of 43,351.98 SAR for Batch Number 211524 be transferred immediately to my Saudi Bank Albilad account in Jeddah without any further delay and that I be informed clearly once the transfer has been completed.
