Trendyol Canceled Tonny Black Kids Shoe Order Still Listed As Available
On 11.11.2025, I ordered a Tonny Black children’s thermal-soled shoe through Trendyol. After experiencing yet another Sürat Kargo issue—as I had previously complained about—my order was cancelled by Trendyol on 21.11.2025 around 10:00 without my approval or consent. My order number is 9938837148. When I contacted Trendyol customer service after the cancellation, I was told that the product “could not be supplied,” yet I can clearly see that the same item is still available for sale. I do not accept that my order was cancelled unilaterally while the product remains listed and that I was told it could not be supplied. I request that the Tonny Black children’s thermal-soled shoes I originally ordered be resent to me under the same conditions, and that the inconvenience and loss I experienced during this process be compensated. I also want an investigation into why my order was cancelled without my consent and a clear explanation and solution provided to me.
