Trendyol Order Lost - No Human Being To Talk To For A Refund
I placed an order with Trendyol with the order number 10650544923 to be delivered to Kalamata, Greece. On 16 January 2026, the courier called me and informed me that they had lost my order. Despite this, the order status in the system is marked as “could not be delivered,” and I have no clear option in the app to report the loss properly or request a refund. I tried to reach Trendyol support in several ways. There is no usable email address to contact them, the in‑app chat only provides automated assistant responses without transferring me to a human representative, and I have called their phone number multiple times. I also requested a callback, but have been completely ignored so far and have not received any concrete help or information. As my order has been lost by the courier and I have not received the products, I expect a full refund for order 10650544923 without any further delay. I kindly request that this issue be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear communication channel to follow up if needed.
