Trendyol Very Bad Partnership Experience


We are a UAE-licensed seller operating under the name Health Hub, registered in Ajman, and our Trendyol UAE account was deactivated on 30/03/2026 and has remained inactive since then. We have built our Trendyol presence in good faith over a sustained period, with consistent operational performance and a proper legal entity in place. This sudden deactivation has caused a direct negative impact on our business. Our cash flow has been seriously affected because our money is still pending on the platform, and we are also suffering from lost revenue. In addition, we invested time and operational resources specifically for Trendyol, including dedicated staff for Trendyol operations, which are now effectively idle, causing further operational loss. We have used all available channels to contact Trendyol UAE, including support and communication interfaces, but so far we have not received any serious or constructive response about the reasons for the deactivation or a way forward. This experience is not in line with Trendyol Gulf’s public commitment to support SMEs in the region, especially when compared with more structured account-health and appeal processes offered by other major UAE marketplaces. In light of the above, we respectfully request the immediate reactivation of our Health Hub seller account on Trendyol UAE and the prompt release of all pending funds. We also expect a clear and transparent explanation for the deactivation so that we can prevent any similar issue in the future and continue our cooperation with Trendyol in a fair and sustainable way.
