Trendyol Warranty Issue for Broken DLC Electric Hot Plate


I purchased a DLC electric hot plate from Trendyol on 15 January 2026, sold by the store named Wonderful Gifts. I used the product normally for a while, but it then stopped working automatically and no longer operates at all, even though there was no misuse or visible issue. I wanted to benefit from the warranty, but I have not been able to make a warranty claim. Trendyol tells me they cannot help and that I should contact the seller, but the seller Wonderful Gifts has no contact information I can reach, so I am left without any support. I also contacted Trendyol customer service via chat and email, but my problem is still not solved and I am not getting an effective response. I request that my DLC electric hot plate be repaired or replaced under warranty, and that Trendyol take responsibility in this process since the seller cannot be reached and I bought the product through their platform. I kindly ask for my warranty rights to be fulfilled as soon as possible and for a clear solution to be provided.
