If your card was blocked after a charge from TheBestPDF, you can resolve it quickly by acting on two fronts:

Contact your bank immediately: call the customer service number (listed on the back of the card) to confirm the reason for the block and authorize a new payment method if you urgently need one.

Cancel the subscription or payment on TheBestPDF: log in to your account at https://thebestpdf.com, go to Settings/Subscription, and cancel it. Save screenshots of the cancellation.

Send an email to support: write to [email protected] explaining the situation, attaching a copy of the charge, and requesting confirmation of cancellation and a refund if applicable.

If the service does not respond, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
