The Best PDF Took ₺1,600 Without Permission After ₺25 One-Time Payment

On July 16, I used The Best PDF for a one-time service and paid ₺25 with my card. During that payment, I noticed that no secure payment code (3D Secure) was requested, which already made me suspicious. Unfortunately, today—July 23—I discovered that ₺1,600 was taken from my bank account without my permission.

This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment. I only authorized a single ₺25 transaction. Because of this unauthorized charge, I had no choice but to cancel my cards for security reasons.

I demand that The Best PDF immediately refund the ₺1,600 taken from my account and confirm that no further withdrawals will occur in the future. Customers should not have to deal with unauthorized charges after paying for a one-time service.

This situation has caused both financial and personal inconvenience, and I expect a full and prompt resolution.
