On August 13, 2025, TheBestPDF charged ₺1,599 to my Enpara credit card for the account linked to a*********@gmail.com**, even though I only purchased the ₺55 weekly usage plan. I never agreed to a higher-priced subscription, and no consent screen, contract, or clear notice was presented. When I log in, there’s no membership or billing information visible in my dashboard, which makes this feel opaque and misleading.
Right now the ₺1,599 appears as a pending authorization (provizyon). My bank advised I can dispute it once it posts. I have already emailed s****@thebestpdf.com** with my account ID 4c7ed71c-1610-4d64-baa5-f62ddc13fa5e to request a refund, but I have received no response.
I expect TheBestPDF to cancel any unintended membership, reverse the full ₺1,599, and confirm in writing that no further charges will be made without my explicit approval. Please resolve this immediately and restore the correct ₺55 weekly plan (or cancel it entirely at my request). If this is not handled at once, I will proceed with a chargeback and escalate to consumer protection authorities.
