This is completely unacceptable. I paid the required ₺30, canceled my subscription, and yet such a large amount was charged afterward. It feels misleading and dishonest for a platform to operate this way, and it has caused me unnecessary financial harm.
I demand that The Best PDF immediately refund the ₺1,624.92 that was wrongly taken from my account and guarantee that no further charges will be applied in the future. Customers should not be trapped by hidden fees or unauthorized charges after canceling their membership.
I expect my refund to be processed without delay and for The Best PDF to take responsibility for this situation. Trust can only be restored if my money is returned and such practices are prevented going forward.
