Unauthorized Thebestpdf Billing Refund Complaint

On May 9, 2025, I purchased a trial package from thebestpdf website for $1 USD. However, after this transaction, without any notification or approval, a total of $35 USD was withdrawn from my credit card over the course of 7 months—one charge each month. I was never informed about any membership renewal or automatic payment.

I have not contacted customer service yet. The payments were processed under my email address: h***********@gmail.com**.

I request a full refund of the total amount that was charged without my knowledge or consent.
