On July 25, I noticed that ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my credit card by TheBestPDF, linked to my account under the email address b*********@gmail.com**. What makes this situation unacceptable is that I never received any service in return for this payment, nor did I authorize or approve any membership plan.
There was no clear notification, no confirmation email, and no SMS message informing me that a subscription had been started. I only discovered the charge when reviewing my bank account. For a digital service provider, this lack of transparency and failure to obtain consent is highly misleading.
I demand the immediate cancellation of any membership that may have been activated under my account and a full refund of the unauthorized ₺1,599. As a paying consumer, I should not be charged for services I neither requested nor received.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through legal channels and consumer protection authorities.
TheBestPDF must refund the unauthorized charge without delay and ensure my account is not billed again.
