TheBestPDF Charged Me Twice Without My Permission After Trial

On August 6th, I paid ₺26.30 to create a document on Thebestpdf for trial purposes. Although I should not have been charged any further fees, ₺1,599 was deducted from my credit card without my permission on August 12, 2025, and again on September 6, 2025. These transactions occurred even though I have not used my membership and did not authorize them. I demand that my membership be canceled, all transactions made with my card be stopped, and a refund be issued immediately.
