According to my transaction details, the money was withdrawn around midnight (00:00), and I had absolutely no knowledge or involvement in this transaction.
This situation is alarming, as it suggests either a security breach or a fraudulent withdrawal. I have not subscribed to any PDF-related service, nor have I provided my card information to such a platform. Yet, the amount was deducted directly from my account without any warning, confirmation, or authorization.
I demand that TheBestPDF immediately investigate how this payment was processed without my consent, provide a full refund of the ₺1,600, and ensure my financial details are not misused again. I also call on them to clarify how such unauthorized charges are possible, as customers should not be exposed to hidden subscriptions or fraudulent billing practices.
