TheBestPDF Unauthorized ₺1,495 Charge After Paid Trial Period

I urgently needed to convert a PDF file on TheBestPDF website, so I paid for access—even though the so-called trial period was already paid at ₺25. I completed my work, but after the 7-day trial ended, TheBestPDF withdrew ₺1,495 from my credit card without any reminder or warning, and only for a 1-month subscription.

After discovering this, I immediately emailed their support team multiple times. Instead of offering a refund, they tried to convince me to extend my subscription to 2 years, which I clearly declined because I do not need the service. Eventually, they told me flat out that they would not return my money.

This kind of hidden billing practice feels like a deliberate trap. A company should not charge customers such a high amount automatically without clear notification, especially after labeling it as a “trial.”

I demand that TheBestPDF immediately refund the ₺1,495 charged without my consent and cancel any hidden subscription linked to my card. Customers deserve transparent billing and fair practices, not manipulative tactics designed to keep their money against their will.
