TheBestPDF Withdrew ₺1,599 From My QNB Card Without My Consent
On August 6, 2024, ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my QNB bank card by TheBestPDF without my knowledge or authorization. I never purchased any product or service, nor was I given access to any feature in exchange for this payment. The only thing that occurred was the unauthorized charge itself.
To make matters worse, I did not receive any email or SMS notification about this transaction. There was no agreement, confirmation, or warning that such a charge would be made. As a consumer, this lack of transparency and unauthorized withdrawal is unacceptable.
So far, I have not contacted TheBestPDF customer service, but the fact that this transaction was carried out without my explicit approval is already a serious violation.
I demand the immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺1,599 taken from my bank card. I also expect written confirmation that no further charges will be made under my name or account.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to consumer protection authorities and take legal action.
