The Best PDF Charged ₺1,600 Without Permission After ₺26 One-Time Payment
On June 17, I used The Best PDF for a one-time document conversion and paid ₺26 with my card. At that time, no secure payment verification code (3D Secure) was requested, which already made me suspicious. I only authorized that single ₺26 transaction and nothing else.
Today, July 25, I was shocked to see that ₺1,600 was taken from my bank account without my permission. This charge is currently still showing as a pending transaction (provision), but I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment. I paid for a one-time service, yet my account has been debited with an unauthorized amount.
I demand that this ₺1,600 transaction be canceled immediately and that my money be refunded in full. Customers should not be charged for services they never approved, especially after canceling or limiting their use to a single payment.
This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution with confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
