TheBestPDF Unauthorized ₺1,599 Charge and Refund Request

On July 29, 2025, I discovered an unauthorized charge of ₺1,599 on my credit card from SGT VTheBestPDF*, an overseas virtual POS transaction. I had only purchased TheBestPDF PDF converter previously, and I never gave consent or approval for this additional payment. This charge was made without my knowledge, leaving me financially affected.

I do not recall subscribing to any membership or recurring service, so if there is such a subscription in place, I request that it be canceled immediately and that the ₺1,599 charge be fully refunded. This transaction was clearly processed without proper authorization, which raises serious concerns about personal data and payment security.

So far, I have not received any meaningful support or explanation from the company. This lack of communication has only made my frustration worse.

I demand that TheBestPDF refund the ₺1,599 taken without consent, confirm the cancellation of any hidden subscription, and provide a written explanation of how this charge occurred. If I do not receive a timely resolution, I will be forced to file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office and take legal action against the company for violating my consumer rights and personal data security.
