I demand that The Best PDF immediately refund the ₺1,599 that was unfairly taken and ensure that no further charges are made to my card in the future. Customers should not be tricked into hidden subscription fees, especially after taking steps to cancel.
I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, with both the refund and confirmation that my account will not be billed again. Transparency and customer trust must be restored.
