TheBestPDF Charged Me ₺1,599 Without My Approval Despite One-Time Use

On July 2, 2025, I used TheBestPDF to edit a document and paid the ₺25 one-time fee with my Ziraat Bank credit card. I did not request or authorize any membership or recurring payments. However, on August 8, 2025, I noticed in my credit card provisional transactions that ₺1,599 had been charged under TheBestPDF’s name without my consent.

At the time of the original transaction, I used the email address m*********@gmail.com**, and there was no indication that I was signing up for a subscription. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I cannot accept being charged for a membership I never initiated.

I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺1,599 and the immediate cancellation of any membership that may have been created under my name without my knowledge.

As a customer, I expect to be informed immediately about why this charge occurred and for my grievance to be resolved without delay. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will escalate the matter through legal and consumer protection channels.

TheBestPDF must refund the unauthorized charge and ensure that no future payments are withdrawn without explicit approval.
