Tango Live payment was processed but tokens were not received, how can I resolve this issue?

There are a few things you can do to fix the problem if your Tango Live payment was received but tokens were not added to your account.

First, check your bank or payment service statements to make sure the payment went through properly. If the transaction shows up, log out and back into the app or check your account amount to make sure the tokens haven't been held up.

If you still can't find the tokens, send a full report of the problem. Go to "Settings" > "Help and Support" > "Contact Us" in the app. Add information about the transaction, like the date, the amount, and the way of payment used. You can also send this information to [email protected] by email.

If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
