On October 27 at 5:52 AM, I made a transaction through Tango Live using my bank card for $52 worth of coins, but the payment was never transferred to me. Earlier that same day at 5:30 AM, a similar issue occurred with $29 worth of coins—again, the coins were taken, but the payment was not delivered. In total, $81 worth of my coins and gold were taken, yet no payment was ever deposited into my bank account.
I waited 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and finally 4 weeks, but no payment was made. Despite sending multiple messages under the username “Scoot” and submitting several support requests, I did not receive any response from Tango Live customer service, nor was any solution offered.
This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and I have been left at a loss. Both my coins and my money have disappeared. I request that my payments be transferred to my bank account as soon as possible, along with late interest. I have all necessary documents and screenshots available.
