Tango Did Not Credit My Coins After Successful $32 Edge Wallet Payment

On May 11, 2026, I made a payment of 32 USD from my Edge wallet to Tango with the clear expectation of receiving at least 60,000 coins in my Tango account. Although the transaction was completed successfully and I have the receipt of this payment in my Edge wallet, no coins were ever credited to my Tango account. After noticing that the coins were missing, I contacted both Tango support and Edge wallet support for assistance. Despite providing them with the details of the transaction and explaining that I did not receive the coins, I did not receive any effective help or solution, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my rightful payment be credited to my Tango account immediately by loading the coins corresponding to the 32 USD I paid (at least 60,000 coins as shown at the time of purchase). I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and resolved without any further delay.
