I Face Missing $26 Payment on Tango App — Coins Not Credited

On October 21, 2025, I transferred $26 to the IBAN number provided by the Tango app to purchase coins, writing my phone number in the payment description. However, even after two days, the coins were never credited to my account, nor was the money refunded. I didn’t receive any error messages or notifications within the app. I tried contacting customer support, but I haven’t received any response so far. I have the payment receipt as proof.
This situation has caused me financial loss and inconvenience. I request a full refund of the $26 I deposited as soon as possible.
Progress

On 21.10.2025, I tried to load money onto the Tango app using my credit card. However, I was sent an IBAN, and I transferred 900 TL from my Akbank account under my own name, writing my phone number in the description section. The transaction appears to be successful and I have the receipt. I also spoke with my bank, and they confirmed that the money was received by the recipient.
However, more than two weeks have passed and the money has not been loaded into my account, nor has any refund been issued. I have tried to contact Tango’s customer service many times, filed a complaint, but have not received any response at all.
I demand that my 900 TL be refunded as soon as possible. I expect an urgent solution regarding this matter.
