Tango Charged 2,400 Units After One-on-One Stream Ended Immediately
On 28 September 2026 at around 5:00 pm (Tunisia time), I had a paid 1:1 one‑on‑one stream on Tango with the user “@saber-kestrel-386804”. As soon as the call started, she closed it immediately, but 2,400 units (around 10 USD) were still taken from my balance for this session. I believe this is abusive behavior and feels like a scam, because I did not receive the service I paid for. After this happened, I contacted Tango support, but the support bot only replied that it did not have much information and then closed the conversation, so I could not get any help or proper explanation. I kindly request a full refund of the amount charged for this one‑on‑one stream and for Tango to review this user’s account and activities to prevent similar issues for other users. I would like to be informed about the result of the investigation and the refund process.
I just want to state that I got my money refunded from Google Play. You don't have to refund my coins on Tango. But the user still have to get punished. I saw her on another account streaming. She seems to use many accounts.
