Tango App Delays $49 Cash-Out Payout and Wipes User Earnings History

I am experiencing a serious issue regarding the payout of funds earned on the Tango app. I completed coin redemptions for a total of $24 and $25, but even though more than 10 days have passed, my money has still not landed in my bank account.

Additionally, for about two days, no records appear in the section of the app where my earnings history is displayed. The earnings I had previously accrued and could view no longer show up within the app.

I submitted this issue through the app's support section, but I have not received any response to date. I demand that my payouts be released, that my past earnings records be restored to view, and that an urgent investigation be conducted regarding my account.
