Tango Live Coins Didn’t Appear in Account? How to Contact Support

On November 5, 2025, I made a $18 coin purchase in the Tango Live app through Google Play. The payment was made with my virtual credit card, and the transaction was successfully completed. However, the coins were never added to my account.

I reported the issue to both Tango Live and Google Play customer support, but neither provided a solution. My transaction record number is GPA.33922-1616-22547. The purchase was made on an Android device, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem.

I request that the coins I paid for be credited to my account immediately or that an appropriate refund be issued as soon as possible.
