I Face Missing Coin Issue on Tango Live—Charged Twice, No Credits Received

On October 17, 2025, I made two in-app purchases on the Tango Live app under the username @Rapid-crocodile-44803, using my credit card. Each transaction was for ₺1,587.89, but even though the amount was successfully withdrawn twice from my card, the coins were never credited to my account. The payments are clearly visible in my mobile banking app, yet the coins have still not been added, and the problem remains unresolved to this day.

I request that my complaint be reviewed immediately and that the coins I purchased be credited to my Tango Live account as soon as possible.
