I Face Missing Tango App Coins After ₺776 Bank Card Payment on Redmi Note 12

Last night at 8:08 PM, I made a payment of ₺776 through my bank card to load coins into my Tango account. The payment was processed successfully, the amount was deducted from my account, but the coins were never credited. I did not receive any error message or warning during the transaction. I have the official receipt, and my bank statement clearly shows that the payment was made directly to Tango.
My device is Redmi Note 12, my Tango username/ID is A*💸, and I am located in Azerbaijan. Despite everything looking successful on the payment side, the purchased coins are missing from my account.
This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. In the past, I also experienced similar problems where the coins I paid for were either not credited or never refunded. It is extremely frustrating to encounter the same problem again, especially with a larger amount this time.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the ₺776 or the delivery of the missing coins to my Tango account. I also expect Tango to investigate this recurring issue and ensure that customers are not left without their purchased credits in the future.
