I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with Tango regarding a withdrawal to my crypto wallet. Today, I requested a withdrawal of 25 USDT. All of my account details are complete and correct; however, the transaction has not been processed. Each time I attempt to withdraw, the status remains “in review,” and the funds are not transferred to my crypto wallet.
This situation is very concerning, as I should be able to access my own funds without unnecessary delays when all required information is properly provided. I have attempted to contact Tango customer support, but I have been unable to reach anyone and have received no explanation regarding why my withdrawal is stuck in review or how long the process will take.
I am requesting that Tango approve and process my 25 USDT withdrawal immediately, or at the very least provide a clear and prompt explanation for the delay along with a specific timeframe for when my funds will be released.
