I Paid for Tango Coins but the App Did Not Deliver My Purchase

On 05/03/2026 at approximately 11:45 PM, I purchased an 850-coin package through the Tango app. I completed the payment with my credit card for a total of $8. During the transaction, the coins were not added to my account, and the screen showed that the purchase had failed.

However, after noticing that the payment had still been charged to my credit card, I contacted the in-app support team and provided my profile information as www.wagltg.com/her-sey. Despite this, no solution has been provided so far, and the coins have still not been credited to my account.

I request that this paid transaction be thoroughly reviewed and that either the full 850 coins be properly added to my account or the $8 payment be refunded back to my credit card.
