Why Is Tango Showing a ‘Monitored Account’ Warning?

On November 9, 2025, at 12:24 AM, I tried to make a payment on the Tango app to purchase gifts during a live stream. I used the Poyner payment method on my Android device. However, every time I attempted the payment, it was declined, and I received a warning message saying, “Your account will be monitored.” Despite trying multiple times, the issue persisted and no payment went through. No charges were made to my account.
I contacted Tango customer service about the issue, but my problem still hasn’t been resolved, and I haven’t received a clear explanation. This is the first time I’ve encountered an issue like this.
I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible, that I receive an explanation regarding why the payment didn’t go through, and that the gift intended for the live stream be credited to my account.
