Tango Live Charges Subscription but Fails to Activate Paid Features
I am experiencing an issue with a monthly subscription I purchased in the Tango Live app. Starting March 14, my credit card has been charged for this subscription, but I have not been able to access or use the service I paid for.
Even though the subscription fee has been successfully charged, the benefits have not been activated on my account. I am unable to access or use any of the paid features associated with the subscription.
I attempted to contact Tango Live support, but I was unable to reach anyone or receive assistance through the app. I have not yet contacted the app store because I would prefer to resolve this issue directly with the service provider first.
I request that Tango Live immediately activate the subscription that I have been charged for since March 14. If activation is not possible, I expect a clear resolution regarding the charges that were made without providing the service.
