Tango Support Unreachable After Failed $256 Withdrawal

On November 18, 2025, at 12:02 AM, I initiated a transaction to transfer $256 worth of tokens from my Tango account to my Yapı Kredi bank account. Although the transaction appears as deducted from my account, the amount has not been credited to my card or bank account in any way.
Since that date, I have tried to resolve this issue, but I have not been able to reach anyone or find a point of contact through any channel. I have receipts and transaction records related to this transfer.
I am requesting that the $256 withdrawn from my Tango account be deposited into my Yapı Kredi account immediately and in full, and that I also receive written information explaining the reason for this issue.
