I am writing regarding a failed withdrawal from my Tango wallet that has not been resolved. Yesterday at around 3:34 p.m., I attempted to withdraw $28 from my Tango wallet in Nigeria. The amount has been deducted and is showing as completed in my Tango wallet transaction history, but I have not received the money.
I immediately contacted Tango customer support and explained that the $28 is missing even though it is recorded as deducted from my wallet. Their response was that nothing can be done until after four days, which leaves me without access to my own funds during this period.
I request that Tango urgently reviews this transaction and credits the missing $28 back to my Tango wallet without making me wait four days, or ensures that the money is successfully delivered to me as soon as possible.
