Tango Charged My Card but Did Not Credit My Coins

I purchased coins worth $1 for my Tango account named Atilla Kullanıcı. The transaction was successfully completed and approved today at 6:56 PM using my credit card. However, despite the payment being confirmed, the coins were not credited to my account.
Even though the payment appears as successful, the coins were not added to my account. I tried to reach the in-app support section, but I was unable to find any contact or get assistance, and I could not reach any support line.
I am requesting that the coins I purchased be credited in full to my Tango account (Atilla Kullanıcı) as soon as possible. If this cannot be done, I ask to be clearly informed and that my issue be resolved without further inconvenience.
