Tango Broadcaster Took $23 Gift and Blocked Me

On January 31, 2026, around 6:30 PM, I reached an agreement through chat with a broadcaster on the Tango app for a 1:1 private session. Based on the broadcaster’s promise of a 1:1 session, I sent a gift worth $23 through the app via Google Play.
Immediately after I sent the gift, the broadcaster blocked me and did not provide the promised 1:1 session. Although the payment was completed, the agreed service was never delivered. This has caused financial loss and has seriously damaged my trust in the platform.
I request that Tango investigate this broadcaster, review their account activity, and, if possible, resolve my loss related to the gift I sent.
