Superprof charged me a “pass” without notice as a subscription, how can I dispute this?

To begin, remove the Student Pass from the "Student Pass" tab on your dashboard.

This is a subscription that renews itself every 30 days, but you can stop it at any time. Once a teacher accepts your request, this tab will show up. This is when billing starts.

You can ask for a refund in Superprof's Help Center if you were charged for lessons you didn't take or if you stopped right away.

Refunds for platform-scheduled lessons are usually sent back to your bank account in 3–5 business days. Take photos of the timestamps and any confirmations of cancellations.

If Superprof refuses, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
