Superprof Charged My Card for 17 Months After a One-Month Subscription

On April 2, 2024, I purchased a one-month service through Superprof. However, even though I did not use the service after that date, I recently discovered that ₺200 has been automatically withdrawn from my Akbank credit card every month for the past 17 months — totaling ₺3,400 (17×₺200). The most recent transaction shows the invoice number 8526974-202508230714979, and there are 16 other similar automatic charges before it.
During this entire period, I have not received any services, and my card details do not appear on the website. I also could not find any option to cancel the subscription through my account. I reported the issue to Superprof customer service via email, but I haven’t received any response.
I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺3,400 in charges and request that my issue be resolved immediately.
