I discovered today that my credit card has been charged for a long time without my knowledge due to a Superprof Student Pass subscription. For 9 months, $7 per month was charged to my card, totaling $60, even though I never benefited from this subscription and had already deleted my account.
During this entire period, I was not aware that the subscription was still active or that recurring charges were being made. Paying for a service I never used for 9 months has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
Because this subscription continued without my awareness and without any use on my part, I am requesting a full refund of the total $60 charged to my card. I ask that this issue be reviewed carefully and that I be contacted with a resolution as soon as possible.
