Superprof Charging Monthly Fees Without Notice or Access to Account

Once you sign up for Superprof.com, you’re in trouble! The site withdraws money from your account every month without notifying you. I can’t even log into my account anymore, and it’s been inactive for a long time. If I hadn’t noticed, they would have kept charging me for months without my knowledge. I had to cancel my cards just to stop them from taking more money. This is completely unfair — I want these unauthorized charges investigated and my money refunded immediately. Thanks
