Even though I previously made only a one-time transaction on Superprof, money has been withdrawn from my card twice without my permission. The most recent charge was $5 on November 9. I do not accept these charges, especially since I do not have any membership or subscription. I also never received any notification regarding these transactions.
The last four digits of my card are 1134, and the transaction number is 251499800422. Since my account is still active, I am worried that more charges may be made.
I request a full refund of the unauthorized payments, the complete cancellation of any membership linked to my account, and assurance that this will not happen again.
