Superprof Charged Me Twice for a One-Month Plan and Ignored My Complaint
Through the Superprof platform, I was charged twice during the payment process for no valid reason. I have been unable to reach anyone for support, and I urgently request a full refund of the duplicate charge.
If I’m paying for a one-month service, how can the system withdraw the fee twice? It makes absolutely no sense. I’ve tried to contact customer service, but there’s no response and no available communication channel.
I’ve been using this platform for a long time and generally liked it, but this situation has left me extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, if this issue is not resolved soon, I will have to take legal action against the company.
