I recently discovered that Superprof has been charging my Garanti Bank account/card without my knowledge for approximately 11 months, at about $7 per month, resulting in a total unauthorized charge of roughly $71. During this entire period, I did not receive any service from Superprof, did not attend any lessons, and did not actively use the platform at all.
As soon as I noticed these charges, I contacted Superprof, but I have not received any response so far. I also contacted my bank, where the charges appear, but the issue has still not been resolved.
I do not accept being regularly charged for a service I never used or benefited from. I demand that this Superprof subscription be canceled immediately and that all fees charged over the past 11 months be fully refunded to me without exception.
